Bygones will be bygones.

I still remember Sunday afternoons when we were kids, washing my kets, bending on the window sill and taking in all the sounds from the surroundings. Bells of the temple, boys playing cricket in the club, a solitary car speeding by or an old auto rickshaw chugging up the road.
Childhood went by like a dream, we turned teenagers and now I guess we are what they call adults.
We are all like the steam engine that chugs up the hill carrying all the weight (or at least act like we are carrying all that baggage!)

I don't quite feel my age yet, like I don't want to grow up to being 22. I wish we could still be lost in the fantasy world we as kids would conceive around us. Alas! Bygones will be bygones apparently.

Nevertheless the journey shall continue, from being a child to a teenager to a young adult. Soaking up all that each day has to give and continuing to face the sun so that the shadows fall behind!

PS Blog posts shall be short and may end abruptly for a while. Yet to get back to doing full fledged blog posts, this is just the warm-up!
